ELEPHANT

The Elephant package is the premier sponsorship package for the event. Only two of these are available. The Elephant sponsor receives the following:          

• Identification of Elephant sponsorship status
• Three complimentary Seminar registrations (value US $4,500)
• 1 x Complimentary double Exhibition Space for the duration of the seminar in a prime position (one 3m x 6m booth- Value US $4,000)               
• 10 minutes presentation to captive seminar audience
• Large company name and logo displayed on site promotional material (pull up banners)
• 1 x Technical Session naming rights (includes logo on PPT slide screened at commencement of session and sponsor acknowledgement of session chair).
• Large company name and logo displayed on promotional material (e.g. Seminar registration brochure).
• Insert in delegate bags
• Logo on delegate bags
• Company logo branded on rolling Seminar rolling PPT presentation between seminar presentations
• Company logo and hyperlink on event website – see website main page for location.
• Acknowledgement in Seminar proceedings
• Inclusion of sponsor logo on printed seminar material

Cost: US $14,750  

Note that the choice of technical session and coffee break can be made once the preliminary program is published and will be offered to sponsors in the date order in which valid purchase orders are received by the seminar secretariat.
