INDIVIDUAL SPONSORSHIP

There are a number of individual items that can be sponsored, or we can tailor a specific item to meet your sponsorship needs. The following items are available. It is be possible for package sponsors to supplement their sponsorship with additional items shown below:

1. Items are based on 250 delegates: if additional delegates attend, the sponsor will be asked to cover the additional expense, at cost only.
2. Mine tour item based on a maximum of 100 Delegates.
3. Sponsorship items may be shared between companies. The costs shown are for one sponsor logo- additional company logos will be charged at cost.

Pula Function Sponsorship – Welcome Cocktail (Monday 05 May)
 
The sponsor is entitled to:

• Identification of Pula Function Sponsor
• Invitation to present a 5 minutes speech at the Pula Function
• Opportunity to distribute goodwill items
• Opportunity to display signage at the Pula Function
• Company logo displayed on promotional materials
• Sponsor to give input on entertainment for the Pula function
• Sponsor to give creative suggestions on the event agenda
• Sponsor may decorate the venue
• Sponsor to select the theme of the Pula function
• Invitation to the event by the sponsor - invitation card to have sponsors logo on

• Master of Ceremony to be selected in consultation with Paste08
• Paste08 will give advice
• Master of Ceremonies to work with the sponsor
• Approval by Debswana

• The function costing is based on 250 delegates
• Paste08 logo as well as the Sponsor Company logo will appear on all sponsorship items
