SHORT DESCRIPTIONS OF THE CAMPS AS FOLLOWS:
KANANA CAMP
Kanana Camp is built among spectacular shade trees of ebony, knob thorn acacia and the sausage species. It is an exciting and beautiful area especially on the islands. Eight traditional deluxe tents with en – suite facilities sit on raised decking and front onto the floodplains. The dining and sitting areas are also raised on decking and encircle a massive ancient fig tree, which is the focal point of the camp’s public area. Kanana offers the following, a plunge pool, walking, mokoro rides, fishing and game drives. Motorboat excursions to the Xo Lagoon are available when the lagoon is on flood.
KWARA
Kwara is located on the northern edge of the permanent water of the Okavango delta in a massive private concession. The 8 tents are set under a shady tree island overlooking a lagoon fed by the waters of the delta. The area surrounding the camp is a mosaic of treed islands, lagoons, channels and grasslands.
The camp has elevated tents with views over the surrounding areas. Each of the tents has an en – suite bathroom, double basin and a unique inside/ outside shower as well as a viewing deck. The honeymoon tent has a ball- and- claw bath. The camp has a plunge pool, dinning room, bar lounge and a gift shop. The range of activities on offer include, mokoro trips( dug out canoes), double deck power boat, fishing, bush walks with armed guides and trackers and the off road game drives day and night.
Kwara is a home to a variety of wild animals including lechwe, sitatunga, Reedbuck, Bushbuck, hippo, crocodiles, elephants, buffalo, sable, roan, zebra, giraffe, wildebeest, impala and tsessebe. Lion, hyena, wild dog, leopard and cheetah are abundant in this part of the Delta and regularly seen.
Kwara is also a bird paradise.

Shuttle services from Chobe Game Lodge to Kasane airport. Connect with a charter flight from Kasane to Maun.
Meet and greet services by a representative of Northern air Charter Company who will then transfer you on a light aircraft offering a scenic view over the Delta en – route to Kanana camp.
Spend 2 nights at Kanana camp fully inclusive of all meals, scheduled game viewing activities, local drinks, laundry services, teas / coffees and game drive snacks.

Check out of Gaborone Sun for your trip back home. Our tour guide will accompany you to Sir Seretse Khama air port where you will catch a flight to Johannesburg
