VISA Requirements for Botswana.
VISAS: Valid entry visas for the countries which do require them may be obtained from Botswana's various embassies and high commissions abroad. In countries where Botswana is not represented, visas may be obtained from the British High Commission. Entry visas obtained at border posts are valid for a maximum of 30-90 days. Extensions may be obtained from any immigration office in Botswana. No visitor is allowed more than a 90-day stay in every calendar year, unless permission has been granted in the form of a waiver pending the outcome of a residence permit application
Visitors:
- Completed immigration supplementary Form D by the applicant (Visa form).
- Letter of support from the host.
- Two passport size photos (identical).
- Fee of P25.00 (around USD 5)
- Return visa or residence permit from his/her country of residence.
- Return air ticket.
Confirmation letter from the country if the person is coming for business purposes.

Check with your consulate for visa requirements prior to departure. As of 2007, visitors from the following countries do NOT NEED visas:
Visa Requirements to enter Zambia
All visitors require a valid passport, should hold tickets for return or onward travel and sufficient funds for stay.
Visas are issued at Zambian Embassies and High Commissions
Day tripper:
Day tripper visas shall be issued at ports of entry to bonafide tourists coming to visit Zambia for a period of less than twenty four (24) hours.
Countries whose nationals do not require visas to enter Zambia:
Nationals of all commonwealth countries do not require visas to enter Zambia EXCEPT for the following countries which on reciprocal basis require visas and these are:
Britain, Bangladesh, Gambia, Ghana, India,
Nigeria, Mozambique, Sri-Lanka, Sierra Leone,
Pakistan, Papa New Guinea, Canada, Australia,
New Zealand, Nationals of Ireland, Romania and Yugoslavia which has signed visa abolition agreements with Zambia.
List of commonwealth countries whose nationals do not require visas to enter Zambia:
Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belize, Botswana, Brunei, Cyprus, Dominica, Fiji Islands, Grenada, Jamaica, Kenya, Kiribati, Lesotho, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Namibia, Naurau, St. Kittis and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and Grenadines, Samoa, Seychelles, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago Tuvalu, Uganda, Vanuatu, Zimbabwe.
Other persons who may obtain visas at ports of entry or missions abroad:
Nationals of the following COMESA and SADC Countries could obtain entry visas at the Ports of entry or Zambian Missions Abroad. Angola, Burundi, Comoros, Congo Democratic Republic, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Mozambique, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan.
Entry / exit requirements: A passport valid for three months beyond the date of entry, visa and evidence of yellow fever vaccination are required. Visas are available Zambia Embassies. Travellers should obtain the latest information and details from the Embassy of the Republic of Zambia.

The following countries will get their VISA’s at the point of entry Indonesia, Australia, Brazil, Germany, Netherlands, United Sates of America, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Canada, South Africa, Ireland and United Kingdom.

The payment will be/may be in local currency, applicants will have to apply to their embassy for a VISA at least a month before departure.

1. Original and valid Passport

The nationals of the following countries do not need Visiting Visas to enter Namibia
