VISA ISSUES

The information is correct to the best knowledge of the organizers.  However the organizers do not accept responsibility for incorrect information and it is the responsibility of the delegate to Check with your consulate for visa requirements prior to departure.

VISA Requirements to enter Namibia

1. Original and valid Passport
2. Copy of the first page or information pages of Passport
3. Copy of country Residence Permit
4. Fee of US $ 25 single entry per passport

 The nationals of the following countries do not need Visiting Visas to enter Namibia

Botswana, Angola, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Cuba, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Lesotho, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malawi, Malaysia, Mozambique, Netherland, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia Federation, Singapore, Spain, South Africa, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland,  Tanzania, United Kingdom, United States, Zambia and Zimbabwe. 

NB: Other countries not listed as requiring Visa’s will have to apply for the Visa at the point of entry with the above stated documents.
